eufy "Cloud Backup" & "Protection Plan" Subscription Terms of Service
By creating an account or accessing, purchasing, or using any of our services (referred to as “services,” which include the Cloud Backup Service), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Terms of Use of eufy Cloud Service
The service becomes effective immediately after you place an order on the eufy official website and make payment to eufy (using the email address you provided during ordering).
You may cancel your subscription to the service at any time for any reason in accordance with the subscription terms.
However, if you choose to cancel, eufy will not refund any fees that have already been charged, debited, or otherwise posted to your account for the subscription period from the date of termination.

eufy Accessories Subscription Terms of Service
This eufy Accessories Subscription Terms of Service (or “Terms of Service”) is a contract between you (the customer and user of the services and related products) and us (eufy Corporation and our affiliates, also referred to as “we” or “eufy”) outlining the replacement product subscription, access, and use of the products and services we provide to you. This document details how we will work with you and other aspects of our relationship.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND INCLUDES IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING AUTOMATIC RENEWAL, TERMINATION, AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, AND JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION WAIVERS.
By purchasing, accessing, and using the eufy Accessories Subscription Services (as defined below), including the products and services therein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, our standard Terms of Service, and our Subscription Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
We collectively refer to these terms and agreements as “this Agreement.” We cannot provide the eufy Accessories Subscription service to you unless you agree to this Agreement and continue to pay and subscribe to the eufy Accessories Subscription service. From time to time, we may update this Agreement, so please check this page periodically.
eufy Subscription Service for Accessories
You are purchasing a subscription to the eufy Accessories Subscription program, which includes the purchase and delivery service for consumable accessories used in our robotic devices. The eufy Accessories Subscription is available for the eufy X10 Pro Omni, eufy L60&L60 Hybrid, eufy L60 SES & L60 Hybrid SES, and eufy S1 Pro.
During your active Accessories Subscription, we will send you consumable accessories for the product regularly according to your subscription service. The eufy Accessories Subscription begins on the date of your initial purchase after payment and will automatically renew every month(Quarterly, half-yearly, annually, it depends on the service time you choose) unless terminated. We may modify the eufy Accessories Subscription from time to time, including by adding or deleting products, services, features, and functions. When possible, we will provide thirty (30) days’ notice of material changes via email. For assistance with the eufy Accessories Subscription, your account, or questions regarding fees and billing, please contact eufy's customer care team at support@eufy.com.
eufy Accessories Subscription Fees and Payment
The eufy Accessories Subscription requires a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual subscription fee, depending on the service term you choose. Your Subscription Fee will be charged on the date of your initial purchase and will begin a Term. The payment method listed in your eufy account on www.eufy.com/ca will be automatically charged a Subscription Fee for each subsequent Term unless your eufy Accessories Subscription is terminated. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis and accept the amount of the recurring charges. Furthermore, you agree that eufy or our payment processor may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization or change your payment method.
All Subscription Fees are exclusive of taxes, which we will charge as applicable. You agree to pay any taxes applicable to your use of the eufy Accessories Subscription.
eufy Accessories Subscription Term and Termination
Your eufy Accessories Subscription will begin on the date of your initial purchase and include one calendar of service. Thereafter, your eufy Accessories Subscription will automatically renew each period until terminated. For example, if you choose monthly payments and your initial purchase is on January 8th, your eufy Accessories Subscription will renew and your payment method will be charged on February 8th for the next Term that begins on February 8th. If your initial purchase is on January 31st, your eufy Accessories Subscription will renew and your payment method will be charged on the last calendar day of February (February 28th or February 29th, as applicable).
Your Subscription Fees are non-refundable and, unless terminated as set forth, your eufy Accessories Subscription will automatically renew for each Term, and your payment method on file will be charged.
You or we may suspend or terminate your eufy Accessories Subscription at any time, for any reason, or no reason. eufy reserves the right to return, maintain, or delete your data upon termination of your eufy Accessories Subscription without notice to you.
Once terminated, your eufy Accessories Subscription will remain active through your then-current Term and termination will be effective on the last day of the then-current Term. Once your eufy Accessories Subscription is terminated and your final Term concludes, eufy Accessories Subscription will cease and you will no longer receive automatic shipments of Consumable Accessories. If you terminate the eufy Accessories Subscription in error or wish to reactivate it, please contact our customer care team. Your date of reactivation will begin your next term.
You understand, agree, and accept that we may change these Terms of Service at any time at our discretion. In the event of any dispute, the Terms of Service will be evaluated solely under the laws of the State of Delaware, and both you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware for resolving any dispute.
